With over 30 years of nursing experience, Nurse Jen is dedicated to providing excellent in patient care. Jen has spent the majority of her nursing career at Massachusetts General Hospital specializing in acute care oncology. Through Jen's compassionate care of her oncology patients during their acute phases of illness, she discovered a dramatic and ever-present “mind-body connection” between how a patient feels on the outside (what they see in the mirror), and how they feel about themselves on the inside (their overall outlook, mood, positivity, confidence, and demeanor).
Nurse Jen's philosophy revolves around aging with respect and nurturing all aspects of ourselves at any age. She champions the idea of aging gracefully rather than just "anti-aging." Her mission is to help individuals look and feel good so they can bring their best selves to all aspects of life.
Transitioning her career toward aesthetic medicine, Jen has expanded her skillset with numerous advanced trainings, certificate courses, national conferences and membership to several esteemed societies including American Medical Spa Association (AmSPA), International Society of Aesthetic Nurses (ISPAN) and Aesthetic Medical Providers of Massachusetts (AMP-MA). Lucy Miller, ACNP-BC, is a highly skilled and board-certified acute care nurse practitioner with a remarkable career spanning over three decades, primarily in a level 1 trauma center. Lucy's extensive experience has equipped her with the invaluable ability to deliver exceptional care under high-pressure situations. She earned her Nurse Practitioner Specialty degree from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Health Professionals, solidifying her expertise in healthcare. Lucy is a dedicated member of various aesthetic societies, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.

Michelle has been with the practice since the inception of RenovoMD and continues her commitment with ONORÉ . Her history with the practice has allowed her to obtain extensive knowledge and training in the cosmetic industry. She is devoted to ensuring the client experience is to the highest standard of excellence, as well as keeping the practice running smoothly. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, working on home projects, and gardening.
Liz has been a Licensed Master Aesthetician since 2011 and is a graduate of the prestigious Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, where she completed an intensive 1,200-hour Medical Esthetics program. With a passion for skin health and patient education, Liz specializes in customized facial treatments designed to deliver both relaxation and results.
She believes that great skincare begins with understanding each client's unique needs and enjoys helping patients achieve their skincare goals while enhancing their confidence and overall well-being. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Liz is dedicated to helping every client look and feel their very best. Outside of the treatment room, Liz enjoys spending time with her horse, Riley, and traveling with friends whenever she has the opportunity.
Fallon has obtained many advanced aesthetic training certificates and attended national conferences in aesthetic medicine. Her commitment to the highest quality aesthetic and wellness care, thoughtful bedside manner, skillful eye, and gentle touch have quickly propelled Fallon to being a sought-after provider in the central Massachusetts area. She is pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree at UMass Chan Medical School’s Tan Chingfen Graduate School of Nursing.
Fallon combines her love of dance, painting, and drawing with her interests in anatomy and the human body, resulting in the art of science and beauty.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Emmanuel College in Boston. As ONORÉ’s Marketing Specialist, she is passionate about building meaningful business-to-business relationships and creating memorable experiences that strengthen the ONORÉ brand and community presence.
